REstaurantResolution No. 20-27 Temporary Order for Outside Seating for Food and Drink Establishments –45 day duration


Must comply with provisions from Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order 20-112 regarding social distancing, party size and occupancy requirements.

Prior to service, must register with the city by e-mail

Appropriate licensing from Division of Alcohol and firearms w/authorization to serve in temporary areas

Permission from landlord if not property owner

Outdoor entertainment must comply with City of Bonita Springs Code of Ordinance Chapter 20

Must comply with Fire District regulations and requirements including tent permitting

Florida Department of Health and Building Code requirements

Americans with Disabilities Act

Provide safe physical barrier between seating and any parking areas

Area maintained in clean and orderly manner

Cannot occupy or impact undeveloped space or designated open spaces, vegetative buffers

Must not occupy any portion of city sidewalk or right of way

Must not impact building ingresses or egresses
