Fifteenth Addendum to Second Agreement for Law Enforcement Services

On September 7, 2022, the City Council approved the Thirteenth Addendum to the Second Agreement for Enhanced Law Enforcement Services at an amount of $2,182,784.00 which included all vehicles and equipment, two sergeants, and fifteen deputies (including a detective).
On May 3, 2023, City Council approved the Fourteenth Addendum to Second Agreement for Law Enforcement Services to provide the funding for the remainder of the fiscal year with two sergeants and seventeen deputies (funding for two additional deputies began April 2, 2023).
LCSO has provided the attached partially-executed Fifteenth Addendum to the Second Agreement for Enhanced Law Enforcement Services, maintaining the current level of service, for an amount not to exceed $2,543,356.08, which includes all vehicles and equipment, two sergeants, and seventeen deputies (including a detective).
The proposed draft FY23-24 budget provides the funding for this Fifteenth Addendum.
