Bonita Springs Requests for Proposals for Imperial Crossing
01/16/2020
The City seeks to unlock the development potential of the site, known as Imperial Crossing, by creating a mixed-use district which promotes an active downtown, enhances the quality of life, and provides riverfront activation while developing the properties into their highest and best use. The ±5.94 acre site includes river frontage in downtown Bonita Springs off historic Old 41 Road. The primary parcel is located at 10580 Goodwin Street and is divided by the Imperial River, offering frontage on both the North and South sides of the river. Two other parcels are being offered as part of the overall development potential or can be bid on individually or collectively.
