On November 21, 2024, the City received eight (8) sealed responses for the Design
Services for Paradise Road Bike/Pedestrian Improvement Project (RFQ 24-13).
On January 8, 2025, the Selection Committee met to evaluate the submittals. After review, the committee
short-listed four (4) of the firms and recommended that they prepare presentations. The Committee met
on January 29, 2025 to hear presentations. Following the presentations, the firms were ranked in the
following order:
1. American Structurepoint, Inc.
2. Q. Grady Minor, A Pape-Dawson Company
3. BCC Engineering, LLC and Halff Associates, Inc. (tie)
