City HallThe second reading for changes to the Bayview on Estero Bay CPD/RPD were read at the city council meeting on October 4, 2023.  The proposed amendments included increasing the RPD boundary, adjusting preserve areas, adding townhomes and two-family homes, and modifying various regulations. The first reading and public hearing occurred on September 6, 2023, with the Zoning Board recommending approval. Additional changes were made after the first reading, including updates to the Master Concept Plan. City Council voted to approve.  Staff reports, meeting summaries, and the zoning ordinance are available online due to file size.
