City HallThe Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program that helps income-qualified families with home heating and cooling costs. Lee County residents who are income-qualified may apply for assistance from the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) online or by calling 239-533-7900 to request a mailed application.
