Staff issued a Request for Proposals (RFP #22-08) on January 9, 2023 for Grant Management Services for the Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) projects. The submittal deadline was February 8, 2023. The City received eight (8) proposals on February 8, 2023.

On March 15, 2023 City Council approved the Selection Committee’s recommendation to negotiate a contract with the top ranked firm, Pegasus Engineering, LLC.
