Bonita Springs, October 7, 2024 –The City of Bonita Springs will host a press conference today at City Hall located at 9101 Bonita Beach Rd. at 1pm. Residents and media can watch live on the city’s facebook page at 1:00pm.
The city encourages residents living near the Imperial River and canals, to continue to monitor water levels. Please continue to be vigilant as sheet flow may impact water levels of rivers and canals. The level of the Imperial River is currently at 10.31ft. To check water levels, click here. Regular operation of city facilities will cease at noon today. Essential staff will continue to prepare for Hurricane Milton. City emergency operations personnel will continue to operate pre, during and post storm. City communication channels will continue to be active, sharing updates from the Lee County Emergency Operations Center and sharing city specific information. Residents can stay up to date with City information on the City’s Facebook page and website City of Bonita Springs.
